By accessing or using Quantira ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Quantira Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Quantira is a business management platform providing CRM, lead database, email campaigns, web scraping, social media management, advertising dashboard, and AI content generation tools.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or legal entity per account.
You agree not to: violate any applicable laws or regulations, use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications in violation of CAN-SPAM or GDPR, scrape data in violation of target websites’ terms of service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use the Service to harm, harass, or defraud others.
The Service, including all software, design, and content, is owned by Quantira Inc. Your data remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Free trial users are not charged until they select a paid plan.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantira Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
